HVAC IN HOME SALES Professional

Compensation:

• Annual Income of $200K + with no cap on earnings

Requirements:

• Strong selling skills with a minimum of 3 years in home sales experience
• No previous HVAC in home sales experience is preferred - We’ll teach you what you need to know
• Results oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed-oriented
• Computer literate
• Flexible schedule - Must be willing to work nights and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug test and background check

Responsibilities of an HVAC In Home Sales Representative:

Run scheduled sales appointments; survey and measure the home; perform proper sizing calculations:

select appropriate solutions, scope of work and pricing from flat rate investment guide,

share findings and options with homeowners; generate referrals and ensure customer satisfaction.
