About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated independent travel agents to join our team. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences, provide outstanding customer service, and manage all aspects of their itineraries. After completing our training program, you'll receive travel leads and have the opportunity to build your client base.
What You'll Do:
Work independently to help clients plan, book, and organize their travel itineraries.
Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel packages.
Understand clients' travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure an excellent experience.
Utilize company-provided travel leads to generate new business.
Stay informed on industry trends, travel deals, and promotions to offer the best options to clients.
Complete comprehensive training to set yourself up for success.
Obtain a CLIA membership, enhancing your travel expertise and business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Self-motivated, independent individuals with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and bookings.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is beneficial but not necessary.
Comfortable working remotely and using technology for communication and bookings.
Access to a computer, phone, and internet connection.
