Influencer Partnerships : Manage and cultivate a pool of high-quality influencers. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with partners to promote the game and engage game's audience. Track influencer performance to ensure the effectiveness of company's initiatives.

Community Engagement : Maintain and nurture active communities across platforms such as Facebook Groups and Discord channels, ensuring vibrant, engaged, and positive user interactions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Language Proficiency : Fluent in both Russian and English.

Experience : Proven track record in community management and influencer marketing, ideally within the gaming industry.

Analytical Skills : Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of campaigns and community initiatives.

Communication & Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, community members, and internal stakeholders.

Passion for Gaming : A creative thinker with a love for games, especially shooters
