Your Role

In this role, you will be the escalation support between your team, IT, regional operations management, SKU, location management, system troubleshooting/support, and issue escalation of warehouse-related system issues. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your information systems knowledge to help drive system efficiency for our warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be the primary support for your local IS team responsible for WMS and surrounding application support
• Manage acceptance and regression testing activities
• You will train and support local super users and operations on WMS/TMS-related topics and attached applications
• Align local incident management process with regional one
• Be the first contact for system-related customer change requests
• Monitor incident reporting queues (RT) including after-hours support on a rotation basis for WMS/TMS and BI
• Propose and lead joint continuous improvement programs
• Production and maintenance of training documentation and working instructions
• System validation - ensure that processes are aligned with customer requirements
• You will participate in quality and compliance audits
• Organize training led by the IT team for your team to be able to provide the first level of support

Your Skills and Experiences

• A degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience as an IT/ IS Manager in warehousing or a supply chain environment
• 3+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred
• 2+ years of technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and order management systems
