Inside Sales Representative 

Location: Vernon, California

ELCO Lighting, a well-established lighting fixture manufacturing company in Los Angeles, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who is driven by consistent growth, excels in building loyal customer relationships, and has a passion for sales. Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs and provide assistance with product details and specials.
• Prepare and present quotes for lighting fixture projects, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing. 
• Read job schedules and cross items as needed.
• Maintaining a database of open projects.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise by effectively showcasing the benefits of ELCO Lighting fixtures over competitors' products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Sales experience within the Lighting industry is REQUIRED.
• Strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
• Located in Los Angeles- full-time, in-office only.
• Demonstrated grit and perseverance to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with LED lighting and its applications in the industry is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience is required for this position.

Pay range: $17 - $25 /hr
