Inside Sales Representative Requirements :

• Drive incremental customer sales and cultivate new customers
• Implement creative sales strategies to produce expanded revenue and market share
• Communicate effectively with all other internal functional business groups
• Demonstrates a professional attitude, conduct, and follow-up
• Strong internal/external communication skills, ability to process information quickly, and consistently deliver industry-leading customer sales/service/support

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred)
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in the manufacturing space
• Comfortable operating in a “Hunter” sales capacity, B2B, long sales cycles, and self-motivated
• A solid understanding of general manufacturing process is a plus, strong written and verbal skills, and general computer skills
