Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring all information is up to date
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries
Provide clear and accurate information on a range of insurance products and services
Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
Must hold a valid Property/Casualty insurance license
