Job Description

We're working with a leading investment bank specializing in M&A, capital advisory, restructuring, and valuations that is looking to hire experienced analysts and associates to their M&A group. This role will focus primarily on sell-side M&A, with additional responsibilities for debt and equity financings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Perform valuations of companies and businesses.
• Coordinate and execute business due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Develop and prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other client materials.
• Assist in the marketing and execution of ongoing engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Coursework in accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
• Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
