About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic IP Litigation Associate to join the hive on behalf of our client in Austin Texas. This role is ideal for a motivated patent litigation attorney with a strong background in intellectual property law ready to work with a team handling highprofile cases for wellknown clients. This growth position offers a clear path to advancement within a thriving practice group.

Your Mission:

• Patent Litigation Expertise : Take on complex IP litigation cases specifically focused on patent disputes and deliver exceptional results for clients (IP litigation patent law client advocacy).
• Collaborative Office Presence : Integrate into a teamoriented inoffice work culture where collaboration and mentorship are key (team collaboration communication mentoring).
• Legal Writing Excellence : Demonstrate strong legal writing skills with the ability to draft precise complex legal documents (writing skills legal drafting).
• Case Management : Manage and contribute to highstakes litigation for sophisticated clients in the IP field (case management litigation strategy).

Core Competencies:

• Patent Litigation : Strong background in IP litigation with a focus on patents.
• AmLaw 200 Experience : Familiarity with highstakes cases and experience in a highcaliber law firm environment.
• Collaborative Team Skills : Enthusiastic about working closely with colleagues in the office.
• Exceptional Writing : Proficiency in drafting clear precise legal documents.

What You Bring:

• Qualifications : JD with 35 years of experience in IP litigation particularly in patent cases.
• AmLaw 200 or Equivalent : Proven experience with a highly regarded law firm on complex litigation matters.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Commitment to InOffice Work : Passion for integrating into a collaborative team environment working inoffice on a regular basis.

Skills Required:

• Patent Litigation : Patent law expertise case management trial preparation.
• Legal Writing : Exceptional drafting skills for complex legal documents.
• Collaboration : Strong teamoriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and be mentored.
• Strategic Analysis : Ability to provide strategic legal insights for highprofile cases.

Certifications:

• State Bar Admission : Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
