Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IT Associate to play a critical role in supporting our growing team based in NYC. You will be the go-to person providing best in class tech support to our awesome team. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues with software, hardware, network and users, as well as making our IT processes better over time. If you are a process obsessed problem solver who wants to lead IT in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. 

What you will do…

  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve daily IT issues and concerns raised by employees efficiently and comprehensively.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage and oversee these processes for employees, ensuring a smooth experience each time.
  • Process Management: Develop, document, and refine IT processes to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency.
  • Software Management: Oversee all software used by the team, conduct regular audits, and recommend cost-effective improvements.
  • Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical IT equipment and hardware in the BOTM office, resolving issues as they occur.
  • Other IT Projects: Collaborate with the Engineering team to support and execute projects as they arise.

What you should have…

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience serving as the IT point person.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to positively interact with all employees on even the most mundane requests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus while diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience with our systems is preferred: Okta, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom.
  • Experience with Meraki access points is a plus.

Salary Range: $62,400 - $80,000
