About the Role This exciting position is based in Southern California and involves hybrid once-a-week in-office collaboration tailored to project needs. As a Junior Business Data Analyst, you will play a vital role, working under the guidance of the Compliance and PMO Manager. You'll gather and analyze operational data, empowering management and leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. This opportunity allows you to contribute meaningfully to the organization's success! What You Will Do Collaborate with operations and business leaders to understand management objectives and data requirements. Ensure data integrity by cleaning, correcting, and meticulously analyzing data sets. Create and maintain exception reports for users and management, providing critical insights into data trends. Prepare and distribute detailed reports that highlight problems and propose actionable solutions. Utilize robust validation and testing models to enhance data quality. Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to create dynamic simulation models and conduct trend analyses. Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold high standards in data management. What You Need Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in data analysis or management. Experience with Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Familiarity with data management systems such as WellSky and HRIS (ADP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capable of delivering information confidently in individual meetings, group settings, and while engaging with colleagues throughout the organization. Able to interpret clear and concise instructions and communicate effectively. Skilled in articulating ideas effectively in both writing and speech. Confident in delivering information in individual meetings, group discussions, and with colleagues throughout the organization. Ability to evaluate situations and make complex decisions using critical thinking and reasoning.
