Advise the agency on Azure architecture and security concerns, including in-place migrations and refactoring. Provide recommendations on lift-and-shift migrations and on-premise to cloud-native modernization. Recommend refactoring approaches within the Azure environment. Conduct testing in Azure to demonstrate MVP (minimum viable product) for proposed architectures. Understand offerings from COV, MSI, and other connected parties for solution alignment. Configure Azure services to support agency-level objectives (primarily Azure-based configurations). Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
