Job Title: Junior Hadoop/Data Engineer

Job Location: Austin TX-Initial Remote for few Months later will be hybrid

Job type: Contract/W2

Key Technologies: spark , scala, Databricks, python, aws

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of data processing systems.
• Work with Spark, Scala, and Databricks for data analysis and processing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to implement data pipelines.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data processing.
• Support cloud-based data solutions using AWS services.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem and big data technologies.
• Experience with Spark and Scala.
• Basic knowledge of Databricks and AWS.
• Proficient in Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
