Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for a Junior Engineer to identify opportunities for process improvement and upgrades, while collaborating on plant infrastructure for the future.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish/assist with current and long range objectives, plans, and policies.
- Collaborate on major plans and procedures.
- Analyze new technologies.
- Create technical budgets, allocate resources, and determine schedule of product releases or project deadlines.
- Establish and maintain an effective system of communication throughout the organization.
- Represent organization with major customers and the public.
Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications
- At least 4 yrs related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sample theory and factor analysis.
- A strong desire to be a significant contributor to a fast paced growth strategy.
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
