Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team at NBCL LLC., a dynamic start-up. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create technical designs and documentation for proposed solutions.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of code to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing Salesforce applications.

Experience:
- Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
