✔ Manage daily lab operations, staffing, and workflow
✔ Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with regulations
✔ Collaborate with physicians and lab staff to support patient care
✔ Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and proficiency testing
✔ Lead staff hiring, training, and development
✔ Support a smooth, efficient lab environment
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or Biology
✔ 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
✔ ASCP/AMT certification (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of lab regulations, safety, and infection control
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with lab information systems and workflow management
