Responsibilities:
* Dive deep into social platform analytics, CRM systems, and email campaign data to unearth valuable insights
* Collaborate with our cross-disciplinary team to identify and track key performance indicators
* Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline processes
* Create informative and visually appealing reports using Excel and Google Sheets
* Translate raw data into actionable recommendations for our clients
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and report writing
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
* Strong understanding of social media analytics, CRM data, and email campaign metrics
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
* Proven track record of creating clear, compelling data-driven reports
