About the Opportunity

Bloom Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Project Manager in the stucco, concrete, and high-rise construction sectors. Based in Tampa, FL, this role offers the chance to oversee and deliver high-value projects ($5 – $7 million total workload) while collaborating with a senior leader to ensure excellence in execution. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing the full life-cycle of high-rise projects and has specific expertise with pools, pavers, and related construction. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee 2–3 active projects at a time, with budgets totaling $5–$7 million.
  • Manage all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
  • Oversee procurement and budget management to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Plan and manage the installation of pools, pavers, and stucco/concrete elements.
  • Provide regular project updates and resolve on-site challenges with adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager for guidance and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects, with specific expertise in stucco, concrete, and pavers.
  • Strong understanding of the full construction life-cycle, from planning to completion.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets and procurement for projects of similar size and scope ($5–$7 million).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects (2–3 active at a time) efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unforeseen challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
