We’re an agency that loves helping mortgage pros crush their goals, and we’re looking for a **Google & Facebook Ads Media Buyer** to join the team! You’ll be setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, managing budgets, and doing the all-important keyword magic to bring in high-quality leads. Here’s the fun part—you’ll be teaming up with our appointment setter, who’s ready to jump on those leads as soon as they opt in. Together, you’ll make sure leads are converting like crazy.
### What You'll Be Doing:
* **Set up and manage ad campaigns** on both Google and Facebook, with a focus on lead generation.
* **Optimize budgets and performance** to maximize ROI.
* **Conduct keyword and audience research** to ensure our ads reach the right people.
* **Collaborate with the appointment setter** to ensure leads are followed up with quickly and efficiently.
* **Client interaction**: You’ll be in direct contact with clients, so strong communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
### What We’re Looking For:
* **Lead generation experience** on both Google and Facebook Ads.
* **Mortgage or Real Estate lead gen experience** is a plus, but not required.
* **Strong English skills**: You need to be fluent in English, speaking and writing.
* **Results-driven mindset**: You’re passionate about getting the best results for our clients and consistently improving performance.
