Position: Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant
Remote | $6/hour | Follows US Timezones
✨ What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Answering client calls (don’t worry — scripts provided!)
✔ Entering data into CLIO Grow
✔ Scanning & labeling documents in Dropbox
✔ Requesting medical records & following up with clients
✔ Light case research + help with discovery
✔ Opportunity to grow into a Case Manager role!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Highly organized & detail-oriented
✅ Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
✅ Experience with legal software like CLIO is a HUGE plus
✅ Strong communication & willingness to learn
✅ Proactive attitude + open to feedback
✅ Training provided!
