We’re conducting a national search for an Associate Director of Legal Education on behalf of a highly respected membership organization serving the Estate Planning and Elder Law community. What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Director of Education to design and deliver high-level educational programming for member law firms.

• Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, from one-on-one support to large conference presentations.

• Monitor legal and regulatory trends in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, and Tax—and translate insights into timely content and guidance.

• Develop written, visual, and video-based educational materials to support learning at all levels.

• Organize and lead small group trainings and large-scale summits with clarity, confidence, and approachability.

• Provide direct coaching and support to member attorneys with a balance of expertise, empathy, and humility.

• Contribute to internal systems and process improvements to elevate consistency, quality, and impact across programs.

About You

• Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation (or related field) required. CELA or NAELA certification is a plus.

• 10+ years of Estate Planning experience, ideally with additional expertise in Medicaid Planning and Tax.

• Strong interest in legal education and a personal commitment to lifelong learning.

• Experience developing educational content and guiding professional development.

• A systems-minded thinker who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable facilitating both small and large group discussions, in person and virtually.

• An articulate communicator who brings both confidence and humility to collaborative work.
