Position Summary:

• Deliver high-quality waxing services with a positive attitude
• Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and proper skincare
• Promote and demonstrate the exclusive product portfolio, Strut 365
• Build professional relationships with guests and maintain a clean wax suite

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate guests on waxing processes and products
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the workplace
• Meet and exceed center goals
• Adhere to schedules and company policies
• Participate in marketing events and training sessions

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Must hold a valid MD STATE ESTHETICS or Cosmetology License
• Willingness to learn new waxing techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in operating a POS system
