Working with us as a Skin Expert, you will focus on the
skin health and wellness of every Guest! Learning about their goals, creating treatment plans, and home care plans designed to change their skin and make them even healthier. We offer a variety of different add-ons in our Skin Authority facials to help elevate every service, some of those add-ons include diamond tip microdermabrasion, glycolic peel upgrades, nuface microcurrent, derma flash, plus more. We would love to talk to you and learn about your goals as an Esthetician and how we can help you grow!
Responsibilities: - Greet and care for Guests and Members with warm, welcoming, and positive energy
- Retain Guests by providing an excellent Guest experience
- Set up treatment plans with every Guests to achieve their skin wellness goals
- Recommend a home care regimen to every Guest
- Create skin changing results with different add-ons and facials in session with Guests
- Help educate Guests on their skin and how to improve their wellness with different tools when not in session.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a mature and professional temperament
- Help create a positive and uplifting environment
Requirements: - Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice Esthetics
- Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have friendly and professional etiquette with Guest and Members
- Must have the ability to objectively receive feedback and integrate it into your work
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must have the ability to talk to Members and Guests about a home care regimen.
- Must have the ability to perform and recommend add-ons.
- Must have the ability to make treatment plans with Guests and Members
