Edenbrook Yeadon, a skilled nursing facility located in Yeadon, Pennsylvania, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care.

As the LNHA , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including clinical services, staff management, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, supporting your team, and ensuring every resident receives personalized, dignified care.

Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Key Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Expertise in planning, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to deliver quality care.
• Understanding of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices, and long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage health services.
• Collaborate with physicians to achieve optimal healthcare outcomes.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Develop, implement, and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.

Required Experience:

• Proven leadership skills with a strong organizational aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
