Job Description

Kelowna Human Resources is seeking a passionate and dedicated Life Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to empower individuals by helping them identify their personal and professional goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve their desired outcomes. As a Life Coach, you will conduct one-on-one sessions, develop tailored coaching programs, and provide ongoing support and motivation throughout the coaching journey. Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual coaching sessions to guide clients toward achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Develop personalized coaching plans based on the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
  • Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to facilitate personal growth and self-discovery.
  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Create and facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions on relevant topics.
  • Maintain detailed records of client sessions and progress in adherence to confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Life Coach or in a related counseling role.
  • Certification in Life Coaching or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of personal development methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to take action and achieve their goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • A compassionate mindset and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives.
