### About the Role
We're looking for motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Producers/Agents to help individuals and families secure their financial future. In this role, you'll educate prospective clients about life insurance options, assess their needs, and recommend the best coverage solutions.

### What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual circumstances.
- Assist policyholders with updates, changes, and beneficiary modifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing coverage needs are met.
- Follow up with existing clients to review and renew policies.

### What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
