Full-Time Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA
Start Date: Flexible, ideally before June 2025

A loving family is seeking a full-time live-in nanny/housekeeper to care for their three children, ages 5, 4, and 2, and help maintain their home. The ideal candidate is responsible, energetic, and able to provide structure, handle discipline, and manage daily tasks. With all three children in school full-time come September, the role offers more flexibility. The family is hoping for a commitment of at least 2 years.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM/7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with downtime while children are at school. 40-50 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Help the children get ready for school (breakfast, dressing, packing lunches as needed)
• Prepare and serve dinner, assist with bath time, and ensure kids' bedtime routine is followed
• Discipline and manage daily routines to provide structure and consistency
• General upkeep of the home including tidying kids' beds, organizing rooms, and light housekeeping duties
• Laundry for the family, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes
• Organize and manage meal planning, prep, and kitchen cleanliness (they have housekeepers who come weekly for deep cleaning!)
• They have two small dogs – must be dog friendly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Loving, caring, and patient with children, while also firm and consistent with discipline.
• Self-sufficient and able to take initiative 
• Experienced with multiple children in a similar age group
• Ability to manage meal planning and organizing home routines effectively

Accommodations:

• Private bedroom with a personal bathroom.
• Car provided for job-related duties(driver's license required)

Compensation & Benefits: $1200/week, PTO, Paid sick days, Paid holidays off
