Job Description

Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Loan Officer Assistant/Processor to work virtually in the U.S.

DESCRIPTION:

The Loan Officer Assistant position supports one or more Loan Officers by ensuring loan files are complete and loans close as scheduled. Supports the marketing activities of the assigned loan officers and provides administrative support. JOB TYPE: Full-time

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Assist Loan Officer in preparing preliminary loan packages for processing by obtaining missing documentation and other information from customers. Utilize information gathered by the Mortgage Loan Originator to pre-qualify customers. Respond to customers’ general questions regarding policy and procedures in the absence of the Loan Officer. Work with appraisers to obtain official appraisal. Update customers, real estate agents, and titles companies on the loan’s progress. Coordinate and schedules loans closings. Maintain Loan Officers’ databases of customer information. Assist Loan Officers with marketing campaigns through mail, email, and Internet. Perform other administrative tasks, such as faxing, emailing, making telephone calls, to support the Loan Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalency degree. Prior mortgage lending or related sales experienced is preferred. Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data. MS Office software products including 10 key experience.

KNOWLEDGE:

Conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements. Apprehension of state and federal real estate lending regulations. Understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.

SKILLS:

Clear ability to make solid business decisions with the available information given. Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Expert in attention to detail, written and oral communication, and multi-tasking. Able to work in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
