We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our small music business as a Long-Term Assistant. Our business specializes in booking cover performances for live events such as weddings, corporate events, parties, surprises, etc., and we are expanding into content generation and coaching/course creation. This position is ideal for someone with a natural curiosity, a desire to grow, and exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Key Qualities:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
Smooth workflow management and the temperament to handle tasks with precision.
Image, video, and audio editing skills are secondary to the core qualities listed above but would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Managing email communication and calendars.
Social media management and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
Adaptability to new programs and technologies.
Experience with ad placement on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest (preferred but not required).
Availability during US day hours (Pacific Daylight Time), covering the CEO’s schedule.
Providing excellent verbal communication with a personable phone manner and natural-sounding English.
