Around 10 years of experience with 10 in Development
Any experience in O2C will be an added advantage as most of the minor enhancement are in HRPayroll area
Everest RCG Assist in Production support tickets
Work closely with customers and partners field personnel and engineering team while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap
Ability to manage and track project issues risks and change requests
Lead and motivate multiple project work streams
Take responsibility for the delivery of large global multimodule projects
Interaction with client and stakeholders to create business requirement
Experience in working in an AGILE environment and working with agile tools
Execute troubleshooting and problem resolution
Must have worked in under project management guidelines including providing level of effort estimates work task development and input
