The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low-voltage systems, project management, electrical work, and maintenance management. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
• Supervise maintenance projects from inception to completion
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and system improvements
• Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in an engineering or business-related field preferred
2. At least 5 years of work in a technical field preferred
3. A mechanical/electrical background is necessary. Apprenticeship program or technical school background is desirable
4. Strong math skills and computer skills
5. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members

Skills:

• Proficiency in high-voltage systems
