2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Shift Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

About the Role

Join a well-established, innovative manufacturing company specializing in high-quality automotive interior and exterior components. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently to ensure production stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding and related manufacturing equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available if needed)

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine downtime

• Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (or willingness to learn)

• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs

• Prior experience in injection molding preferred

• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
