Position - Maintenance Technician

Job Location - Kaukauna, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Regular, Direct Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours - First shift, 6am-4pm M-Thur

Starting Pay - $18+ an hour BOE

Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education - HSED or equivalent

Required Experience - Experience in entry level maintenance work. Minimum of 3 years

At the Maintenance Technician responsibilities entail mechanical, electrical, HVAC, construction, hydraulics, pneumatics, vehicle & diesel engine repair or fabrication, and any other tasks within the job.

Responsibilities

· Welding equipment repair (power sources, wire feeders, HF units, submerged arc, oxy fuel / plasma torches, positioning equipment, post weld heat treat equipment and pipe cutting equipment)

· Fabrication equipment repair (saws, shear, press brake, plate roll and other forming equipment)

· Overhead crane and hoist repair

· Rough terrain forklift and other yard vehicle repairs

· Small forklift and road vehicle repair

· Small tool repair (electrical and pneumatic)

· Compressed air system repair

· Surface Prep and abrasive blast equipment repair

· Paint equipment repair

· HVAC repair

· Building structure repair

· Overhead and service door repair

· Plumbing

Qualifications

• 3 years experience within a similar role

• Valid Driver License

• HSED or equivalent. Associates degree in Mechanical ideally

• Self-Motivated

• Great communication skills: verbal and written
