Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing production output.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Perform repairs and installations of components as needed.
Support production by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed.
Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
Collaborate with other teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical controls.
Familiarity with PLC and automation technologies, particularly Rockwell and Allen Bradley systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
