Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform repairs and installations of components as needed.
• Support production by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed.
• Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical controls.
• Familiarity with PLC and automation technologies, particularly Rockwell and Allen Bradley systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
