Job Description

The Manager, Global Menu Strategy will be responsible for …

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

· Support development of long-term menu strategy and plan leveraging industry and brand data, identifying priorities that drive business and brand growth

· Partner with Global Menu functions to ensure alignment in communication and existing strategies

· Support partnership with interdependent functions to vet and flesh-out strategic dig sites for future growth

· Lead content preparation for the ‘Innovation Hub’ initiatives, partnership with global supplier partners to develop long-term innovation

· Lead research initiatives with Consumer Insights

· Support partnership with Market Menu/Marketing leads to ensure 3-year category strategies support long-term menu ambition

The expected salary range for this role is $$112,860 - $143,900 per year

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in brand management

· 5+ years of experience developing strategy and briefs and evaluating work against the brief to achieve the desired business and marketing goals

· Expert user MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

· Willingness and ability to live the McDonald’s values every day: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community, and Family.
