The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, excellent analytical capability, and a collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on role supporting both daily financial operations and the strategic financial initiatives that are critical in a complex healthcare setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a healthcare environment.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to executive leadership.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with clinical and administrative departments to align financial plans with organizational goals.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide insights that drive operational and financial improvements.
Support cash flow management, cost analysis, and financial modeling for programs, service lines, and organizational priorities.
Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and transparency.
Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives and capital planning.
Assist with audit activities, regulatory reporting, and ad hoc financial projects assigned by finance leadership.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong command of financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting within complex or regulated environments.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (healthcare-related systems a plus).
Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
