Job Description

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、材料、工程、生物、农林、医药等理工科相关专业背景优先；

2. 具有3年以上英文期刊责任编辑相关工作经验及新期刊创建工作经验；

3. 具有良好的人际沟通能力；

4. 热爱学术出版行业，对英文学术期刊领域认知有一定敏感性度；

5. 有很强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强，有团队合作精神，能使用英文作为工作语言。

1. Minimum of 5 years of editorial experience or other relevant experience.
2. Master's degree or above, major background in science, engineering, biology, agriculture and forestry, medicine and other science and engineering related majors is preferred.
3. Ability to juggle multiple projects within prescribed workload allotment.
4. Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
6. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. 1.根据科研发展趋势或学者/学术机构的需求，寻求合作机会，创办新期刊；

2.负责期刊管理工作，例如吸引优质稿源、拓展编委团队以及市场宣传，推进出刊工作；

3.与国内外期刊主编、编委成员、作者及审稿人建立良好沟通，做好期刊的同行评审工作；

5.完成领导交办的其他任务。

1. Seek cooperation opportunities and establish new journals according to the development trend of scientific research or the needs of scholars/academic institutions.
2. Responsible for journal management, such as attracting high-quality manuscript sources, expanding the editorial team and marketing publicity, and promoting the publication work.
3. Respond to inquiries from all journal stakeholders, including but not limited to authors, reviewers, editors, publisher, and professional society staff in a timely, professional manner.
4. Responsible for the publication quality control of the journal, pay attention to the progress of the research direction in the discipline field of the journal, formulate the operation plan of the journal, and complete the development goals of the journal.
5. Assist the publisher and the editorial board team to achieve the high-quality development of the journal.
