Job Title: Assembly Mechanic – Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $26-$34/hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Seattle, WA

Company Overview:

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring an  Assembly Mechanic for a direct hire position with a leading manufacturer of high-end marine and oceanographic equipment in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and assemble components.
• Operate milling machines, lathes, and drill presses.
• Perform quality checks and document processes.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Travel domestically and internationally for offsite assembly.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of assembly/mechanic experience.
• Experience with gearboxes, rigging, forklifts, and cranes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong mechanical and machine shop skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs; work in an industrial environment.
