Job Description

IV Interactive is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in developing their career in client services who will bring a conscientious best-practice approach to their work, and enjoys bringing client initiatives to life.

The Account Manager will work directly with our head of client services, project team, digital marketers, designers and developers to ensure that all client objectives are met within scope and timeline.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client initiatives and deliver on strategy, on scope and within deadlines
  • Manage day-to-day team priorities and responsibilities to keep deadlines on track
  • Lead client meetings, respond to client requests and translate requests into actionable tasks and/or deliverables
  • Contribute to the overall planning for a client's business while partnering with internal account leadership
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients and extended teams
  • Champion IV Interactive's perspective with clients in a persuasive and articulate manner
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed

What we are looking for

  • 4-6+ years of account management experience
  • Creative agency experience, preferably in digital marketing/SEO/web development
  • Solid base level understanding of all things marketing, digital and tech
  • Experience managing multiple client/customer accounts
  • Highly motivated, and career driven - enthusiastic and quick learner
  • Service-oriented: Is an active listener who can quickly develop a strong understanding of a client's perspective and goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, Etc.
  • Highly organized/proactive and strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and deadline driven
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team construct
  • Experience with Slack, Google Spreadsheets, Zoom and other tools of the trade
  • Direct experience in the areas of design, web development and digital marketing

Bonus points

  • Proficiency (or certified) in Google Analytics
  • General understanding of SEO, PPC and digital marketing practices
  • Experience with project management methodologies or tools
  • Experience working with a development team, marketing team, and/or design team
