Job Description

What you will be doing:
  • Lead product marketing by developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing product sales support.
  • Execute advertising campaigns, prepare product literature, and analyze sales data.
  • Develop promotional events and materials, organize trade shows, and coordinate with the production team for new product launches.
  • Prepare marketing reports and implement marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing sales trends and forecasts.
  • Design and coordinate the production of promotional flyers, product specification sheets, and sales support documents.
  • Support sales with marketing initiatives such as promotions, customer marketing support, and regular email communication with customers.
  • Research competitive products, evaluate product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with the product team on new product launches and system support.
  • Coordinate packaging design with the production team to adhere to Aida identifications and market trends.
  • Manage product catalog design and periodic updates.
  • Update the company website and create content for social media portals.
  • Create or coordinate the outsourcing of promotional materials to support trade shows.
  • Plan trade show participation, logistics, and coordinate exhibiting preparations.
  • Identify publication advertising opportunities and generate advertising plans for management.
  • Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and monitoring professional publications.
  • Accomplish organizational goals by taking ownership of job functions and exploring opportunities for refinement.
Experience you will need:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a sales/marketing organization, preferably in product manufacturing/marketing.
  • Experience with Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, and Reporting Research Results.
  • Understanding of customer needs, process improvement, initiative, planning, and content creation for social media communication.
  • Above-average organizational skills, initiative to recognize needs, multitasking abilities, self-motivation, and discipline.
  • Comprehensive marketing and communications experience in branding, advertising, multimedia, web-based internet marketing, social media, and media coordination.
  • Ability to quickly learn relevant product knowledge to effectively support the sales team with catalogs, brochures, data sheets, promotional materials, and event communication.
  • A certain level of IT knowledge and skills to communicate with external vendors for sales system needs and capability expansion.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
  • Experience working at a professional level with Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Excellent writing, oral, and interpersonal skills.
