Job Description

About the Role:
Alpinestars is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Representative to drive the growth and visibility of our Alpinestars RSRV luxury streetwear line. This role requires a passionate individual who understands the luxury fashion market and has established relationships within the industry. The Marketing & Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building brand awareness, and fostering partnerships with high-end retailers and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue for Alpinestars RSRV.
Cultivate and manage relationships with luxury fashion retailers, buyers, and industry influencers.
Lead brand promotion initiatives to elevate Alpinestars RSRV in the luxury streetwear market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and digital marketing, to ensure brand consistency and maximize outreach.
Represent Alpinestars RSRV at industry events, fashion shows, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with key players in the luxury space.
Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong focus on luxury fashion.
Proven network and relationships within the luxury fashion industry.
Deep understanding of the luxury streetwear and apparel market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
