**Marketing Assistant – Creative Projects & Client Care**
Full-Time | Remote | 9am - 5pm EST

We’re looking for a talented **Marketing Assistant** who can serve as the bridge between our clients, creative team, and leadership — ensuring projects move fast, stay organized, and keep everyone in the loop.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
* **Lead weekly client meetings** to gather updates, set priorities, and maintain strong relationships
* **Assign tasks to the internal team** and manage timelines inside project tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
* **Track progress and follow up** to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard
* **Communicate updates** clearly to both leadership and clients — keeping projects smooth and stress-free
* **Proactively** remove bottlenecks and flag any issues
**You'll Thrive If You Are:**
* Highly organized with a natural ability to manage people and moving pieces
* Comfortable leading Zoom calls and keeping conversations focused
* Experienced with project management software and workflows
* Skilled at turning conversations into action items and deadlines
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and great at follow-through
* A clear communicator — especially in writing (client recaps, updates, nudges)
