Marketing Associate/Social Media Manager

Salary: 1500 - 2000 USD monthly 

Job Summary

As a Marketing Associate , you will support the marketing team across various digital and traditional marketing channels. You’ll help plan and execute campaigns, create content, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

    • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

    • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and propose ideas to improve audience interaction.

  1. SEO & Website Support

    • Conduct SEO and keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.

    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure blog posts and landing pages are optimized for SEO.

    • Assist in updating and maintaining website content through our CMS (e.g., WordPress).

  1. Content Creation & Copywriting

    • Draft engaging copy for social media posts, emails, blog articles, and marketing collateral.

    • Design basic graphic elements using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Ensure all written materials align with brand tone and messaging.

  1. Analytics & Reporting

    • Gather and analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, social media insights, email metrics) to measure campaign performance.

    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

    • Participate in A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

  1. Collaboration & Project Coordination

    • Help organize marketing events, webinars, or local/community partnerships as needed.

    • Maintain organized files and records for campaign assets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, email marketing).

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling platforms, or email marketing software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
