Marketing Associate/Social Media Manager

As a Marketing Associate , you will support the marketing team across various digital and traditional marketing channels. You’ll help plan and execute campaigns, create content, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and propose ideas to improve audience interaction.
SEO & Website Support
Conduct SEO and keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure blog posts and landing pages are optimized for SEO.
Assist in updating and maintaining website content through our CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Content Creation & Copywriting
Draft engaging copy for social media posts, emails, blog articles, and marketing collateral.
Design basic graphic elements using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ensure all written materials align with brand tone and messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
Gather and analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, social media insights, email metrics) to measure campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Participate in A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
Help organize marketing events, webinars, or local/community partnerships as needed.
Maintain organized files and records for campaign assets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, email marketing).
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling platforms, or email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
