Job Description

Northern Light Medical Management is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to help drive our marketing initiatives forward. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to execute marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and engage audiences across multiple channels. We are a successful, growing, hospital-based Medical Management company looking for the perfect candidate who is dedicated to teamwork and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines to internal teams and provide clear instructions for promotions and use.
  • Foster and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all media channels (internal and external).
  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized inventory and directory of marketing materials and collaborate on the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Develop and produce marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, blog posts, and print materials.
  • Route advertising efforts to appropriate channels, ensuring targeted reach and performance.
  • Oversee and streamline internal communication systems to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Organize service offerings into user-friendly formats that appeal to customers.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support Business Development- VP of Partnership Expansion by providing relevant marketing materials.
  • Regularly update and manage content on the company's website.
  • Create and distribute monthly internal newsletters.
  • Simplify complex data into visually engaging formats (graphs, charts, etc.) for internal and external audiences.
  • Design templates for reports and presentations to maintain consistency in communication.
  • Support and develop the company’s charitable initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience in leading marketing campaigns (email, social media, and display advertising).
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and tracking campaign performance.
  • Strong creative background with experience in design and content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and website management
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Solid financial and budget management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with the ability to think outside the box

Location: This roll is office-based at our Hollywood, FL corporate location.
