We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow DTC, Wholesale and ECommerce Sales
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Brand Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
Market Research: Analyze current data and identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and behavior.Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content creator to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and message.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage content creator, providing guidance, support, and systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. Optimize digital marketing efforts to improve search engine ranking and increase online visibility.
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of [5+] years of experience in marketing,
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
