About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
* Manage and optimize direct marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
* Create compelling, high-quality content and visuals that resonate with our audience.
* Leverage data and insights to maximize ROI on all campaigns.
* Build and maintain a strong brand presence across FB, IG, TikTok, and other channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
* Prepare to lead, guide, and inspire a marketing team as the company grows.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in marketing, ideally in direct and digital marketing.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and measurable results.
* Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, conversions, and customer engagement.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Special Skills:

* Deep social media expertise, especially on **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**.
* Ability to design or direct the creation of **aesthetic, engaging content**.
* Ambition and leadership potential to **eventually manage and lead a marketing team**.
