This position is about 80% remote (work from home) and 20% in-person. Since we meet in-person once a week, this role is only for those who live in the Houston area.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand forward. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a passion for technology and a knack for strategic planning. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our market presence, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and solutions.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Market Research:  Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, client services, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, analytics, and AI.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
