Compensation & Schedule
• $17/hour
• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm
ROLE IMPACT
Join a dynamic onsite logistics team ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods within a climate-controlled warehouse. This role supports operational flow by preparing shipments, operating equipment safely, and maintaining product integrity in both ambient and freezer environments.
KEY DUTIES
• Load, unload, and move crates and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Wrap pallets and prepare outbound shipments per shipping protocols
• Pick, pack, and label boxes for accurate order fulfillment
• Rotate between stations and cross-train on various warehouse tasks
• Collaborate with team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ months experience operating forklift and pallet jacks (manual and electric)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated/freezer conditions
• Experience with packing, shipping, or warehouse logistics
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Manual and electric pallet jacks, sit-down forklift
• Climate-controlled warehouse and freezer zones
• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• Gym onsite; access to onsite employee events and activities
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous experience in cross-trained warehouse settings
• Comfortable in fast-paced team environments
• Basic inventory or shipping system familiarity
