How you will make an impact: 

As an   MDS Coordinator-Registered Nurse,   you will coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility. As part of your job, you will transmit MDS assessments, correct rejected assessments, and adhere to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident assessment instrument (RAI) requirements. You will also ensure all residents are assessed according to established timeframes or changes in status and in compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations.

Schedule:  This is a full-time, day shift position with an occasional weekend rotation.

What you will need: 

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Active Nebraska RN License or current compact state license required.
• Minimum of one year of MDS Coordinator experience required.
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
