BWH Primary Care at MMHC is a growing 500 patient primary care practice at 75 Fenwood Road in the Longwood Area. We are embedded within Massachusetts Mental Health Center (MMHC) an out-patient mental health center that is part of the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. We work closely with our mental health colleagues to provide primary care and wellness services to our patient population most of whom are living with chronic mental illness.
